This Association was created and build by the help of some government officials. The goals of these association is to enhance the college students in Capiz not even the college in Capiz but all the juniors from elementary, high school students in Capiz and to college students in Capiz. The association was conducting the chess clinic to all students in Capiz from 1st year to 2nd year. That will enhance the ability of the students in the game of chess. One f these is the college students in Capiz Argie Nobleza. He is now studying at the Filamer Christian College. The said chess clinic will be held at Capiz national high school.
